Fondant au chocolat

Ingredients (6 servings):

200 g chocolate
150 g butter
150 g of powdered sugar
50 g flour
3 eggs

Preparation:

Put the butter in the microwave for about ten seconds.

Break the chocolate into pieces and let it melt in a double boiler.

In a bowl mix the soft butter with the sugar. Then add the eggs one at a time, alternating with the flour.

Stir in the melted chocolate and pour the preparation into buttered ramekins.

Place the ramekins in the freezer for an hour.

Preheat oven to 150 ° C and place the ramekins to bake for 20 minutes no more.
