Plum cake with crumb topping

Ingredients:

For the dough:
150 g butter
150 g sugar
3 eggs
1 pack. Vanilla sugar
300 g flour
1 Pack. Baking powder

For the topping:
1 1/2 kg plums

For the Streusel:
150 g butter cold
100 g sugar
1 pack. Vanilla sugar
200 g flour

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Prepare a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

For the dough mix all the ingredients together and spread it on the baking paper.

Wash the plum, cut them in quarters, remove the stones and arrange them on the dough.
