Crêpes

Ingredients (for 4 persons):

240 g flour
500 ml milk
2 eggs
1 tablespoon oil

 

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients with an electric mixer into a smooth batter.

Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat.

Pour some batter onto the frying pan. Tip and rotate pan to spread batter as thinly as possible.

Brown on both sides and serve hot.

You can eat crêpes sweet with butter and sugar, jam, fruits and whipped cream, ice cream, Nutella, chocolate sauce… But also salty with ham and cheese, spinach and white sauce, anything you fancy.

Remark:
If you have enough time, it is better to let the batter set for one hour before frying the crêpes.
