Ingredients (2 servings)
Salad (lettuce or romaine)
1 chicken breast cooked and cut in slices
1 orange
2 shallots, chopped
Sliced almonds
1 celery branch, chopped
Dressing
1 orange, tablespoons juice
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon canola oil
1 teaspoon honey
1 pinch (s) Pepper
1 pinch of dried chili flakes
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine lettuce, chicken, orange, shallots, celery and almonds.
For the dressing, mix all ingredients in a small bowl so that the honey dissolves. Pour over salad just before serving and toss gently.
