Ingredients (2 servings):
2 chicken breasts
2 zucchinis
1 red paprika
100 g feta cheese
200 ml cream
200 ml milk
2 tsp basil
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Cut the zucchini into small cubes and the paprika into stripes.
Salt and pepper the chicken breasts and put them in an ovenproof dish.
Arrange the zucchini cubes and the paprika stripes over the meat, crumble the feta over it.
Mix the milk and the cream, add basil, oregano and thyme. Check the seasoning.
Pour the sauce over the meat and cook for about 30 minutes, depending on thickness of chicken breasts.
