Verrines tuna-tomato-avocado

Ingredients (for 4 persons):

Tuna mousse:
1 tin of tuna in brine
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 dash of olive oil
Chives
Salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Tomatoes
3 small tomatoes
Olive oil
Basil
Salt and pepper.

Avocados
2 avocados
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Salt

Preparation:

Prepare the tuna mousse by mixing all ingredients.

Prepare the tomatoes salad around 1 hour in advance to marinate at room temperature. Cut the tomatoes in small cubes and mix with basil, oil, salt and pepper.

At the last minute, cut the avocados in small cubes and mix with, some lemon to (prevent them from darkening), olive oil and salt.

Put the preparations in glasses in successive layers of tuna mousse, a layer of tomatoes, and a layer of layers.
