Ingredients:
For the cake:
200 g of dark chocolate
4 eggs
125 g of butter
200 g caster sugar
100 g flour
1 baking powder
For the icing:
140 ml liquid cream
70 g dark chocolate
70 g milk chocolate
70 g powdered sugar
100 g butter
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. If you melt in the microwave, add 3 tablespoons of water to 200 g of chocolate.
Add the butter.
In a bowl, mix the eggs and the sugar then add the baking powder and the flour.
Pour the melted chocolate and mix until a smooth paste.
Pour into a cake pan greased and floured.
Cook for about 25 minutes.
After the cake has cooled down, prepare the icing.
Melt the chocolate in the cream, add the sugar. Cool slightly and add the butter. Cover the cake with the glaze. Put the cake on an oven grid and let the icing drip over the cake.
Put the cake in the fridge for the icing to harden.
