Spaghetti pumpkin with Bolognese sauce

Ingredients:

1 Spaghetti pumpkin
2 glasses basil tomato sauce
500 g minced meat
Parmesan cheese

Preparation:

Cut the spaghetti pumpkin in half lengthwise.

Scrap out the seeds.

Put it in the microwave for 6 to 8 minutes.

Using a fork, remove the flesh from the shell.

If necessary, put the pumpkin in the microwave again.

Prepare a sauce with the minced meat and the tomatoes sauce.

Serve the spaghetti pumpkin with the sauce and the parmesan.
