For the dough

300g flour
60g of sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
200g butter

Mix ingredients to form a dough.

Spread the dough on a baking paper on a backing tray and place in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

 

For the topping

50g butter
100g sugar
50 ml of
honey
80 ml cream
150g sliced almonds

Place all ingredients in a saucepan and heat until the butter, sugar and honey are melted.

Spread this mixture on the dough and bake at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
